One‑off purchases (Single Edition)

  • Digital deliverables are non‑refundable once delivered or access is provided. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days; we will provide replacement access or re‑delivery.

  • In cases of material defect (e.g., corrupted file, mis‑packaged release that deviates substantially from the product description), we will correct and re‑issue promptly. If correction is not reasonably possible, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Annual subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions are non‑cancelable and non‑refundable after access to any deliverable in the term is provided.

  • You may upgrade (e.g., Single‑User → Team/Site) at any time; fees may be prorated at our discretion.

  • Auto‑renewal: your subscription renews annually unless you email notice ≥30 days before renewal.

  • If we discontinue the product or fail to deliver the stated cadence (e.g., two updates/year) without offering reasonable alternatives, we will provide a pro‑rata credit or refund for the undelivered portion.

Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or in duplicate, contact support@xwaveresearch.com within 30 days of invoice date. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a correction or refund.

How to request support

Email support@xwaveresearch.com with your order number, company, and description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days (London time).

Note: As a B2B provider of custom/proprietary digital content, consumer “cooling‑off” rules generally do not apply once digital access is granted. We comply with applicable UK law, including contractual and data‑protection obligations.
